Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, renewing and charging automatically on a monthly basis. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries of the specified service(s). These are subscriptions without a set end date, so they will continue at the specified frequency until you choose to cancel. 
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these service deliveries, unless you arrange with me to pay in advance (please email to inquire). 
Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time, but please at least 3-5 business day before your next scheduled charge. Please email Erin at lilshopoflightandlove@gmail.com to cancel your subscription. Refunds are not available for tarot readings and reiki healing services rendered, but if you're dissatisfied, please reach out and allow me the chance to make it right.
