Refund policy

Lil Shop of Light & Love has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. you’ll also need your order number. please be aware that some products and services are not eligible for refund (please see exceptions below).

to start a return, you can contact erin at lilshopoflightandlove@gmail.com. please describe your issue or dissatisfaction in as much detail as possible, including images if applicable. if your return is accepted, you’ll be emailed a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

damages and issues
please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that i can evaluate the issue and make it right.

exceptions / non-returnable items
certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom jewelry, special orders, or personalized items. we also do not provide refunds for services rendered, such as tarot readings and reiki healing. i communicate thoroughly during the creation of custom pieces giving many opportunities to make sure it’s what you want, i provide extensive and detailed information about services, and i also repeatedly encourage interested customers to contact me with any questions prior to booking services such as tarot readings or reiki healing. however, if it seems i've made an error, a custom piece of jewelry breaks, you're deeply dissatisfied, etc, please still contact me. i'll always right a mistake i've made, and although i don't offer refunds, i aim to improve your feelings and may have alternatives to offer.

unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. if an item is on sale due to an issue or blemish, it will be thoroughly disclosed.

 

european union 14 day cooling off period 

notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the european union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. as above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. you’ll need your order number.

refunds
i will notify you once i‘ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. if approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days (i will process the refund immediately, but it takes bank processing 5-10 business days). please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund; this is only an estimate.
