I often use my crystal elixir sprays to reset in the middle of the day, to help change the energy of a room or sacred space, or to set the tone for meditation. the healing crystal energy combined with the essential oils, all with correspondences to grounding, cleansing, & protection, provides an energetic shift as well as a lovely aroma!

- moon charged energy of cleansed and charged crystals including:
- carnelian (for stability & purification)
- hematite (for protection, grounding, & stability)
- amethyst (for calm, grounding, & protection)
- clear quartz crystals (to raise vibrations, protect, cleanse, and amplify the energies of the other stones).
- witch hazel to preserve
- clove & rosemary essential oils.
